Our two-day agenda is packed with 25 sessions across three tracks for you to choose from based on your interests, or pick and choose sessions from each one. We’ve planned a wide variety of sessions and topics from hands-on training, to product demos, to lunch and learns featuring medaptus speakers and your peers from leading healthcare organizations across the country. There will also be group discussions and opportunities for networking and socializing.

This medaptus Academy virtual conference is for medaptus Charge Pro customers and users, including revenue cycle leaders, medical coders, billing and AR specialists, physicians, practice managers, and related roles.
medaptus Academy is a virtual conference. You will be provided with a link to join the conference virtually from your web browser.
The conference will run from 9am ET to 5pm ET on November 14th and 9am ET to 1pm ET on November 15th. The Coding Best Practices and Reporting & Analysis tracks run from 9am to 1pm each day while most of the sessions in the Tips & Tricks for Physicians track run from 2pm to 5pm on November 14th. You can pick and choose sessions from each of the tracks based on your interests and schedule.
You will get access to 12+ hours of exposure to revenue and process optimization techniques, knowledge sharing between customers and exclusive insights on value-added Charge Pro configurations based on medaptus' 20+ years of experience.
Our regular pricing opening July 17th will be $295 per individual ticket and will continue to be priced at this rate until registration closes on November 4th. Discounted group pricing is available!
